The FISU Meditation course is taught in person by Guru Rajesh Ananda and our qualified teachers and comprises ten sessions or classes, each taking around two hours. The course has four modules and takes around three months to complete. It is taught on an individual basis or in small groups. You can also learn on weekends as a fast-forward and residentially on a retreat basis. Some parts of the course can be hybrid, where you are required to attend in person, but some lessons, for convenience, may be online.
At FISU, we understand that each person’s spiritual journey is unique. That’s why all our meditation techniques and spiritual practices are individually prescribed, designed for your spiritual unfoldment, and include mindfulness meditation elements. You will learn several new techniques tailored to your specific needs and goals during the course.
